Getting Started

What is the WOW Factor?
WOW Factor stands for Working On Wellness Factor. It's a holistic wellness platform built around five key pillars: Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Spiritual, and Financial wellness. Our goal is to help people be better — not be best. Learn more on our Philosophy page.
Do I need a Bush Life Balance (BLB) membership to join?
Yes — a current BLB membership is required. Here's how to get started:

1. If you don't have a BLB membership yet, sign up at bushlifebalance.earth.
2. Go to the WOW Factor registration page.
3. Enter your name, email, password, and your BLB membership number.
4. We'll verify your BLB membership instantly — if it checks out, you're in.
5. Choose your membership tier (you can start on the free Member tier and upgrade later).
What are the different membership tiers?
We have four tiers: Member (free — full access to content, daily practice & Member Exchange), Premium Member ($5/mo — adds events, booking & event chat), GEM ($10/mo — designed for BLB Business & PMA members; opens your GEM Listing with up to 10 offerings), and GEM Power ($20/mo — recommended for everyone; host your own events, community tools, plus GEM Listing perks that activate with an approved Business/PMA — up to 100 offerings, priority placement & advanced analytics). How do I upgrade my membership?
You can upgrade at any time — it takes effect immediately:

1. Go to Account → Subscription.
2. Select the tier you'd like to move to.
3. If you have a coupon code, enter it to apply free months.
4. Complete payment — your new tier is active straight away.

You'll only be charged the difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
How do I cancel or downgrade my membership?
Here's how:

1. Go to Account → Subscription.
2. Select a lower tier (to downgrade) or choose Cancel.
3. Confirm your choice — you'll see a summary of what changes.

Good to know:
Downgrades keep your current tier active until the end of your billing cycle, then step down.
• If you have a GEM profile and drop below GEM tier, you'll be asked to suspend (data preserved, free to hold) or remove it (permanent).
• Dropping from GEM Power automatically cancels any future events you've created — attendees are notified.
• Any active coupon free days are forfeited on a tier change.
Cancellation stops all charges — you keep access until the end of your paid period.
What are coupon codes and how do they work?
Coupon codes give you free months on a specific membership tier. Apply a valid code during checkout and your subscription starts immediately — you're not charged until the free period ends. Each coupon is tier-specific (e.g. a Premium coupon won't work on GEM Power) and can only be used once per member. If you change tiers while a coupon is active, the remaining free days are forfeited — you'll see a warning before this happens. Available codes are shown on your Subscription page when you select a tier.

Daily Practice & Points

What is the Daily Practice?
A quick daily routine to keep you balanced across all five wellness pillars. Here's how it works:

1. Open your Dashboard — you'll see today's task pool across the five pillars.
2. Choose 3 tasks — tap a task to lock it in. Hit the shuffle icon if you want different options for a pillar.
3. Once all three are locked, get out there and do them.
4. Come back and mark each task as complete.
5. Add an optional reflection on your day.
6. Earn WOW Points and build your streak!

It's designed to take just a few minutes of planning — the real work happens in your day.
How do WOW Points work?
You earn WOW Points by completing daily tasks, maintaining streaks, and reaching milestones. Points can be redeemed in the Member Exchange for offerings from wellness practitioners — you deal direct with GEMs.
What happens if I miss a day?
Life happens! Missing a day resets your streak counter, but your lifetime points and progress are never lost. Just pick back up tomorrow — consistency over perfection.

Events

How do I join an event?
Requires Premium Member tier or above:

1. Browse the Events page — use the filters to find events by type, location, or date.
2. Tap an event to see full details, including whether it's online, in-person, or hybrid.
3. Click Join (free events) or Book (paid events — card payment only).
4. Your spot is confirmed instantly — no waiting for approval.
5. The event appears in Account → Events and you'll receive a confirmation email.
6. Use the event chat to connect with other attendees and the host.
Can I create my own events?
Yes — GEM Power ($20/mo) members can create and host events. Here's how:

1. Go to Events → Request an Event.
2. Fill in the details — title, description, date/time, location (online or in-person), capacity, and pricing.
3. Submit your event for review.
4. You'll be notified by email once it's approved and live on the Events page.
5. Manage your events from Account → Events — you can edit approved events, view attendees, and use the event chat.
Are events online or in-person?
Both! When browsing the Events page you'll see whether each event is online (virtual), in-person, or hybrid. You can filter by your preference.
Is there a chat feature for events?
Yes! Premium Members and above can access the live chat on each event page. You can discuss the event, ask questions, and even tag @Bazza (our AI wellness guide) for instant help right in the conversation.

Member Exchange

What is the Member Exchange?
The Member Exchange is where GEMs (Group Exchange Members) — wellness practitioners and businesses — list their offerings. It's not a commercial storefront; members connect with GEMs and deal direct. Browse the Member Exchange.
How do I become a GEM?
GEM ($10/mo) is for BLB Business & PMA members; GEM Power ($20/mo) is recommended for everyone. Here's how to get set up:

1. Go to Account → Subscription and upgrade to GEM or GEM Power.
2. Head to Account → GEM Dashboard.
3. Complete your GEM profile — shop name, description, logo, and category.
4. Add your offerings (up to 10 on GEM, up to 100 on GEM Power).
5. Submit for approval — once approved, your listing goes live on the Member Exchange.

GEM Power members also get event hosting, priority placement, and advanced analytics. GEM Listing perks activate automatically once you have an approved Business or PMA on BLB.
Can I use WOW Points in the Member Exchange?
Yes! WOW Points can be applied when connecting with GEM offerings. The amount you can redeem depends on the GEM's settings. Visit the Member Exchange to start browsing.

Support & Contact

How do I get help or contact support?
Head to the Contact page and fill in the form — choose a category and subject so we can route it to the right person. Once submitted, your message creates a support conversation. If you're logged in, you can follow up anytime from Account → Support or the Messages icon in the header. We'll reply in the chat and email you when we do.
The site isn't working properly — what should I do?
Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache first. If the issue persists, head to the Contact page and select 'Report an issue' from the subject dropdown. Describe what's happening — screenshots help! Your report opens a support chat so we can work through it with you.

Account & Technical

How do I change my email or password?
To change your password:
1. Go to Account → Profile.
2. Select the Security tab.
3. Enter your current password and your new password, then save.

To change your email:
1. Go to Account → ProfileSecurity tab.
2. Click Change Email.
3. Enter your new email address — we'll send an OTP (one-time code) to verify it.
4. Enter the code to confirm the change.
What is my Membership ID?
Your Membership ID is your BLB (Bush Life Balance) membership number. It's the same number you received when you joined BLB and can be found on your Profile page under the Identity tab.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account → Profile and select the Security tab. Scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom. You'll need to confirm your email address to proceed. This is permanent: all data, points, and streaks are deleted, any active subscription is cancelled in Stripe, and you're removed from all email lists.
