Yes — a current BLB membership is required to register on WOW Factor. During registration you'll enter your BLB membership number and we'll verify it instantly. If you don't have one yet, you can sign up at bushlifebalance.earth.

We have four tiers: Member (free), Premium Member ($5/mo), GEM ($10/mo), and GEM Power ($20/mo). Each tier unlocks additional features like event creation, directory listings, and more. You can compare plans on the Membership Plans page.

Head to your Account → Subscription page. You can upgrade or change your plan at any time. The new tier takes effect immediately.

Each day you'll receive a set of simple wellness tasks across the five pillars. Completing them earns WOW Points and builds your streak. It's designed to take just a few minutes and keep you balanced.

You earn WOW Points by completing daily tasks, maintaining streaks, and reaching milestones. Points can be redeemed in the GEM Directory for products and services from wellness practitioners.

Life happens! Missing a day resets your streak counter, but your lifetime points and progress are never lost. Just pick back up tomorrow — consistency over perfection.

Browse events on the Calendar page, find one that interests you, and click 'Join' or 'Book'. You'll be added to the event's group chat where you can connect with other attendees and the coordinator.

Premium Members and above can create and host events. Head to Calendar → 'Request an Event' to get started. GEM and GEM Power members can publish events directly without waiting for approval.

Both! When browsing events you'll see whether each event is online (virtual) or in-person with a specific location. You can filter by your preference.

The GEM (Guided Enrichment Marketplace) Directory is where wellness practitioners and businesses list their products and services. It's our marketplace connecting members with trusted wellness providers.

You need a GEM ($10/mo) or GEM Power ($20/mo) subscription. Once subscribed, head to Account → GEM Vendor Setup to build your shop profile, add products, and go live in the directory.

Yes! WOW Points can be applied at checkout when purchasing products or services from GEM vendors. The amount you can redeem depends on the vendor's settings.

Go to Account → Profile. You'll find options to change your email (requires OTP verification) and update your password in the Email & Password section.

Your PMA (Platform Membership Allocation) number is your unique WOW ecosystem ID. It's generated when you register and can be found on your Profile page.
