2. User Accounts

The WOW Factor is for people aged 18 and over. You must be 18 years of age or over to create or keep an account. If you need someone to talk to, Kids Helpline is free and confidential on 1800 55 1800.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Offerings and GEMs

Offerings are provided by independent GEMs (Group Exchange Members). While we strive to ensure quality, individual GEMs are responsible for their offerings and services.
